This notice covers this website only. Information handling within a client engagement is governed by the agreement for that engagement.
What we collect
If you fill in the contact form, we collect the name, company, email address, and message you enter. That is all we ask for and all we keep.
We do not use analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party cookies. We do not build a profile of you, and we do not track you across other sites.
Why we collect it
To reply to your inquiry and, if it leads somewhere, to carry on that conversation. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone for marketing.
Who processes it
Three services handle data on our behalf:
- Cloudflare hosts this site and handles the request that delivers each page.
- Formspree receives contact form submissions and forwards them to us.
- Google Workspace hosts our email, which is where your message lands.
Each keeps its own records of that processing under its own privacy terms.
How long we keep it
Inquiries stay in our email for as long as the conversation is useful. If nothing comes of it, we delete the record.
Your choices
Write to hello@c3ta.com and ask what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. We will do it and confirm when it is done.
Changes
If we add anything that collects information — analytics, for instance — we will update this notice before turning it on, and change the date at the top.
